It’s the middle of summer (allegedly) but folk are already ensuring they’re in good shape for winter. This task was a radiator swap, with a little interlude mid way through while the customer painted behind the old radiator before installing the new one. The new radiator was a little narrower than the old one and I wasn’t sure it would be a straight swap without the need for rerouting pipe work. As it transpired the customer avoided a full system drain, lift the floors, pipe work adjustments, refill system, add inhibitor and deal with stubborn air locks. So the job was reasonably straightforward. Roll on winter to test it out – NOT
Out with the Old – In with the New.
