This was a fun project while spending a month in Florida with family. A local church had a 6 foot tall fibreglass pumpkin, which needed mounting onto a bespoke chassis fitted with running gear from an Amish carriage. We cut, welded, bent and fabricated the chassis using sticks of 24′ long, 4 x 2, box steel. Project took some long days over the course of a few weeks. The finished carriage was painted and decorated with lights and joined the hour long Christmas parade through the local town. A lot of fun this project.
