This day was mostly spent in a large and impressively maintained garden First off, cleared out an abundance of rubbish, ivy, ground growth and intrusive overhanging foliage from the space to the side of the garage, shed and the boundary fence. Then replaced a broken panel on a rear garden gate and stained to match existing colour. Replaced the rotten lower edge of a small shed door with treated timber and stained to match existing colour. Repaired roof trim on a garden room and stained to match existing colour. Then moved indoors and fitted locks to two small drawers in an oak kitchen dresser. Finished up outside again cutting several large sections of old boards, panels, pvc sheeting and other garden debris into manageable pieces for removal to household recycling.
