This was a quick task to replace the kitchen tap at student digs in Newcastle for a friends daughter. Initially it was going to be simple valve change on a dripping, squirting tap. But it turned out to be more cost effective to buy a total new unit (thanks to a sale price at Screwfix) and swap out the whole thing for a shiny new tap.
